We recognize that a client’s legal issues involve related issues (such as finances or interpersonal relationships) that are impacted by a legal problem. We work with our clients to identify the related issues and potential impacts so our clients can make the best legal decisions.
We focus on finding creative, practical solutions to legal disputes. We know that litigation is extremely expensive and emotionally draining for our clients. We work closely with other attorneys and professionals (such as financial planners, accountants and appraisers) when working on cases that need their expertise.
Our rates are $195 per hour for most services. Initial half hour consultations are $50. An advanced fee deposit is required for most cases. The amount varies according to the type of case and complexity.
